Our purpose

Artifact4U publishes practical explanations of public information, with a current focus on FDA drug-enforcement and recall records. Our goal is to help readers locate, understand, and act on authoritative information without overstating what the underlying data can establish.

How we prepare content

Each article is scoped around a specific reader question. We review relevant primary records, distinguish documented facts from interpretation, and add enough context for readers to understand the limits of the evidence. Material claims should be traceable to a named source through an inline link or a clearly labeled source list.

Before publication, we check:

• names, dates, product details, and identifiers against the cited record;
• whether a recall, safety notice, or enforcement action is described using the issuing authority’s terminology;
• that headlines and summaries do not imply more certainty or urgency than the source supports;
• links, formatting, and the visibility of important limitations; and
• the article’s publication and update dates.

Independence and commercial influence

Editorial judgments are made for usefulness and accuracy. Advertising, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, free products, or other material relationships—if present—must be disclosed where a reader would encounter the relevant recommendation or claim. Such relationships do not purchase favorable coverage or advance review.

Medical and safety information

Artifact4U provides general information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Recall classifications and enforcement reports can change, and the presence of a product name does not by itself establish that a reader’s specific medicine is affected. Readers should verify the label, NDC, lot, and expiration details against the current official notice and contact a pharmacist, clinician, manufacturer, or regulator when appropriate. Do not stop or change a prescribed medicine solely because of an article on this site.

Authorship, automation, and review

Published pages identify the responsible author where practical. Software and automated tools may assist with gathering records, organizing drafts, or checking structure, but publication remains subject to human editorial judgment. We do not treat generated text as a source.
